How do I add/change my domain to be tracked?

Let's say you manage 3 different websites and you want to use BoostSuite on each of them without having to create new accounts for each.  This is possible, but until we add the ability for you to add/change them on your own, you must request to have BoostSuite do this for you.

Please follow these steps to add an additional domain to be tracked or change an existing domain within your account:
  1. Submit a support ticket.
  2. Fill out the email form with your information. Please make sure to include your name, the email address associated with your BoostSuite account, and the phrase "Tracking Domain Name Change/Addition" in the message subject line.
  3. In the message body area, be sure to provide us with as much detail as possible regarding the domain addition/modification. 
  4. Click the green "Send Email" button.
We will respond with the status of your request within a couple hours. This service is free of charge for all BoostSuite users.
