Thanks for your request. We do accept payment via PayPal. But unlike with credit cards where our service is month-to-month, we only allow PayPal payments for pre-paid accounts with a minimum term length of six months.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the domain name on your BoostSuite account, your PayPal email address, and the BoostSuite subscription plan you would like to purchase and we'll invoice you via PayPal for your first six months of service.
Once your payment is received the amount is applied as a system credit on your BoostSuite account and your initial upgrade and each additional month of service will have their fees deducted from your account credit in our system.

Thanks for the note, we've also received your support ticket and have already responded to you directly there. Please respond in that thread to let us know you received it.
As you mentioned, there was an issue with your payment method when you tried to upgrade your account, but our system instantly voided the transaction when the issue occurred. This means that the transaction you see on your credit card is already canceled and your bank will put the money back in your account. In our previous response we provided next steps for fixing the issue and we look forward to working with you in that thread.
