cannot complete step one - says error with my website address

When I put my website address in the blank, a message says "too many redirects" and I cannot complete step one in customizing my account. I tried www.bowtie-expressions.com, http://bowtie-expressions.com and https://bowtie-expressions.com. Nothing works. What is the problem?

Hi Monica,
The issue here is you have a number of relative links on your homepage.

Here is an example:
<li class="mobile-nav__sublist-link">
<a href="/collections">All Bow Ties</a>
</li>

You need to change the link from "/collections" to "https://bowtie-expressions.com/collections"

This will need to be done for all the relative links.
