I can't seem to get the Tracking code?

Every time i click the button that says "Get tracking code" I get to a page where there is a big X and it says your tracking information isn't available or your tracking code isn't live.

I can't seem to be able to get the code to add it to my site.

Since your site is on Shopify - you need to reinstall BoostSuite. Our records show you have removed BoostSuite from your account. This will reinstall the tracking code. Thank you.

I'm so sorry, I had Weebly stuck in my head! It looks like our tracking code is installed on your website, you just need to sync Google Analytics. You can find instructions for doing that at the bottom of this article:

Once you've done that, you just need to place a test order. This can be a customer order or an order that you create. It just needs to be a real order over $1. When you (or a customer) reach the final order confirmation page the order details are sent through to Google Analytics. Once we see some order data in Google Analytics we are able to tell you that the configuration is fully set up and working properly.
