If you have a paid plan - log into your account - click upgrade - then downgrade to free. If you then want to completely cancel your account - please email BoostSuite Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are already on a free plan - - please email BoostSuite Customer Support at email@example.com.

I am so sorry, but I don't have a record of your email in our system. I completely understand how frustrating it is that you didn't get a reply. Were you emailing to cancel your account or did you have another issue? If you still want to close your account I'll be glad to do that, but would like to fix this for you first if possible.
