Google analytics not connecting to Boostsuite

Hello, I have set up google analytics and it seems to be working however Boostsuites is saying that I need to do a test which i did but still no results... Pleas assist in this matter...Thanks

Hi Dave,

I checked out your site and I didn't see Google Analytics installed on it. So, that's the first thing you'll want to do. If you haven't already, you also need to enable ecommerce in your Google Analytics account: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1009612?hl=en

Next, check to make sure you are logged into that Google account and in a separate tab open BoostSuite. In the Dashboard click the connect button and make sure you it logs into the same Google account as above. Make sure you follow through with all the steps to connect.

Once you do that, all you need to do is place a test order. This can be a customer order or an order that you create, but it must be a real order for more than $1. When you (or a customer) reach the final order confirmation page the order details are sent through to Google Analytics. Once we see some order data in Google Analytics we are able to tell you that the configuration is fully set up and working properly.

If you have any trouble along the way, please let us know when and where in the process with error messages. With that we'll be able to assist more easily.

Hi there,

I'm also having a problem with the google analytics, I wasn't able to connect using my email connected to the weebly account or one set-up as an editor on the weebly account. please help.

The first thing you will want to do is set up Google Analytics on your website. Here are the instructions for setting up Google Analytics in Weebly: https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/201879947-eCommerce-Tracking-with-Google-Analytics-

Once you've done that, you will want to make sure you are logged in to that account still and log into your BoostSuite account here: https::/capistranoclassiccars.poweredbyboostsuite.com auth/google-api-oauth/direct
